1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and do222 ("do222", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the do222 website, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment services, and support channels accessible at do222.vip ("the Platform").

By completing the registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox during sign-up, or by accessing any part of the do222 Platform after these Terms have been published, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform and close your account.

do222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect from the date of publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. 1.1 Language of Agreement

These Terms are published in English and English is the governing language of this agreement. Any communication between do222 and a player, including support interactions, dispute resolutions, and bonus inquiries, will be conducted in English. Where a translation of these Terms is made available for reference, the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or ambiguity.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of do222 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of a business or as a professional gambler for commercial purposes.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute and where accessing offshore gambling platforms constitutes a criminal offence.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a do222 employee or business partner where such participation would create a conflict of interest.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed via do222's own responsible gaming tools or imposed externally.

2.1 Geographic Access

do222 is an entertainment platform operated offshore and directed primarily at the Bangladesh market. While players from other jurisdictions may technically be able to access the Platform, do222 does not actively market to jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of do222 complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. do222 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a player's use of the Platform in a restricted jurisdiction.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of do222's commitment to responsible gaming and fraud prevention, all players are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before making their first withdrawal. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. 3 Account Registration

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during and after registration is truthful, accurate, and complete. do222 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of any pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of bonus balances.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your do222 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. do222 will not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify do222 support immediately via email or live chat.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered do222 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, do222 reserves the right to close all but one account, void any winnings or bonuses accrued across duplicate accounts, and permanently ban the player from the Platform in cases of deliberate abuse.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on do222 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). do222 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or your bank) may apply their own standard fees. do222 accepts no responsibility for third-party transaction charges.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The following deposit methods are currently supported on do222:

• bKash — instant deposit, minimum ৳200, maximum ৳500,000 per transaction
• Nagad — instant deposit, minimum ৳200, maximum ৳500,000 per transaction
• Rocket — deposit processing within 15 minutes, minimum ৳500
• Upay — deposit processing within 15 minutes, minimum ৳500
• Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank — bank transfer, minimum ৳1,000, processing up to 2 hours during business hours

do222 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits, add new payment methods, or withdraw existing payment methods at any time. Any such changes will be communicated via the Platform's payment section.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in order to maintain anti-money-laundering compliance. do222 targets a processing time of under 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification as detailed in Section 2.2 of these Terms.

4.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may be delayed, held, or declined in the following circumstances:

• KYC verification has not been completed or documentation submitted is insufficient
• Active bonus funds are attached to the account balance with outstanding wagering requirements
• do222's fraud or anti-money-laundering detection systems have flagged unusual account activity for review
• The withdrawal amount exceeds the daily withdrawal limit applicable to your account tier
• The account is subject to a temporary hold following a chargeback dispute or payment reversal

5 Bonuses & Promotions

do222 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus rules outlined in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the do222 welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. The welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of account registration and used within 30 days of crediting. Failure to meet these time conditions will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts
• do222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice
• Multiple accounts claiming the same bonus constitute abuse and will result in all bonuses being voided
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds; real-money funds are used first when placing bets, unless the player selects otherwise
• do222 reserves the right to request proof of identity before crediting any bonus
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other active bonus offers unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms

5.3 Festival and Seasonal Promotions

do222 offers special promotions tied to Bangladeshi cultural events including Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March). These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms published on the promotions page at the time of the offer. do222 is not obligated to offer festival promotions in any given year or to repeat any previously offered promotion.

6 User Obligations

As a registered player on do222, you agree to use the Platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms, applicable law, and the spirit of fair play. Specifically, you agree that you will not:

• Use any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to manipulate game outcomes, odds, or the Platform's systems in any way
• Engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting designed to exploit promotions, game mechanics, or payout structures
• Attempt to access areas of the Platform for which you do not have authorisation, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure
• Use the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful financial purpose
• Provide false information to do222 support or during the KYC process
• Harass, threaten, or abuse do222 staff or other players via any communication channel
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the do222 Platform without prior written consent

Violation of any user obligation listed above constitutes a material breach of these Terms. do222 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the offending account, void all pending bets and withdrawals, forfeit any remaining balance where fraud or abuse is confirmed, and pursue legal action where applicable under relevant law.

7 Intellectual Property

All content published on the do222 Platform — including but not limited to the do222 brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, text content, game interfaces, software, code, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of do222 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from any do222 content
• Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any do222 content
• Frame or mirror any part of the do222 website on any other website or application
• Use do222's trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers without prior written approval

Game content available on do222 (including slot titles, live casino streams, crash games, and fishing games) is licensed from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in game content remain with the respective providers. do222 is a licensee, not the owner, of this game content.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, do222 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or network connectivity issues beyond do222's control
• Incorrect game outcomes resulting from third-party game provider software errors (claims in such cases should be directed to the relevant game provider)
• Delay in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment infrastructure (bKash, Nagad, banking systems)
• Unauthorised account access resulting from a player's failure to secure their own login credentials
• Any legal or regulatory consequences arising from a player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited
• Gambling losses of any amount — all bets placed on do222 carry inherent financial risk and it is the player's responsibility to wager responsibly

do222's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms or from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9 Account Closure

9.1 Voluntary Closure

Any registered player may request the closure of their do222 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Before closure is processed, do222 will confirm your identity, settle any pending withdrawals, and remove any active bonus balances. Account closure does not waive any outstanding obligations you hold toward do222 under these Terms.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion rather than a standard account closure. Self-exclusion options include temporary cool-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, as well as permanent self-exclusion. 9.3 Closure by do222

do222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC, discovery that the player is under 18 years of age, account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, or where continued operation of the account is deemed to create legal or regulatory risk for the Platform.

Where an account is closed by do222 due to a Terms violation, any real-money balance remaining (above the minimum withdrawal threshold) will be returned to the player's registered payment method following the completion of any outstanding investigation. Bonus balances will be forfeited in all cases of Terms violation closure.

10 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of international commercial law applicable to offshore entertainment platforms. do222 operates as an offshore platform and does not make any representation regarding the applicability of any specific national legal framework to this agreement.

10.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between a player and do222, the following process applies:

1. Step 1 — Direct Resolution: Contact do222 support via live chat or at support@do222.vip with a clear description of the dispute, your account username, and any supporting evidence. do222 will aim to respond within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time).
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved at the initial support level, you may request escalation to the do222 compliance team. Escalated disputes will be reviewed within 7 business days.
3. Step 3 — Final Decision: The decision of the do222 compliance team constitutes the Platform's final position on any disputed matter. do222 will communicate this decision in writing via email.

10.2 Limitation on Claims

Any claim or cause of action arising from your use of do222 must be brought within 90 days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims brought after this period will be considered time-barred and will not be considered by do222's dispute resolution process.
